Positioning

Amawta Labs

Applied GenAI R&D partner for companies that need technical judgment, measurement, governance, and implementation.

Our position

Amawta translates generative AI into useful, measurable, auditable, and governable internal systems.

Companies already have access to models. The hard part is knowing where to apply them, how to measure impact, how to integrate them into real workflows, and how to govern them without creating operational risk.

Our scientific research remains part of the core: it informs the technical judgment, tests, and limits behind what we propose to clients and partners.

Principles

The Amawta triangle

01

Applied R&D: turn hypotheses and AI capabilities into testable prototypes.

02

Operational governance: measure, audit, trace, and control risk before scaling.

03

Risk-managed implementation: integrate internal workflows that real teams can adopt.

Origin

From Chile

The name Amawta comes from Quechua: the wise one, the master. The Amawtas were the keepers of knowledge in the Inca Empire.

Today we use that name for concrete work: research, testing, discarding, building, and publishing results when they are ready.
